Abstract/Summary:
With the development of society,the convenience of wireless power transmission technology has been highlighted.Wireless power transmission technology can solve the problem of metal conductor contact in the process of traditional power transmission,and improve the safety of equipment.Using Bidirectional topology can realize Bidirectional transmission of energy.In mobile phones,electric vehicles,underwater vehicles and other equipment,Bidirectional wireless charging system can be used Improve the flexibility of the equipment.This paper analyzes the compensation structure and control mode of bidirectional wireless charging system.Firstly,the working process of Bidirectional wireless charging system is analyzed,and three common topologies of LCL,SS and LCC are compared and analyzed,and the LCL resonant compensation topology is selected for the research.Then,the single phase shift control theory and dual phase shift control theory are analyzed.Under the unified mathematical model,the process of the switch is studied,and the relationship among the return power,current stress and transmission power is calculated.The control algorithm is studied by using the model-based design method.Finally,the compensation parameters,turns ratio,core type and other parameters of the coil are designed,and the digital signal processor used to generate control signals is selected.At the same time,in the main circuit,two full bridge circuits and corresponding protection circuits are designed.In order to verify the correctness of the control theory and hardware circuit design,first,the important parameters in the main circuit of the Bidirectional wireless charging system are simulated and the simulation results are analyzed.Then,Design the hardware circuit and software program of the Bidirectional wireless charging system and build an experimental platform,Finally,the control algorithm and hardware circuit are verified in the Bidirectional wireless charging experimental prototype,and the experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation analysis.
