In contemporary society, faced with the situation of energy shortage, the vibrationenergy recovery suspension system based on the piezoelectric effect is put forward in thisthesis. This energy recovery suspension is a new type of suspension system, whichtransforms the vibration energy into the electric energy on the basis of the directpiezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials. The energy recovery quantity and energyrecovery efficiency are two important targets, which represent the energy recoverycharacteristics of the suspension system. Through multidisciplinary partnerships, derivethe energy recovery quantity and efficiency, then analyze the main factors that influenceenergy recovery quantity. The main contents are as follow:Firstly, analyze the characteristics of piezoelectric materials, select the suitablevibration mode and support form. According to transmission ratio of the transmissionmechanism in the suspension system, derive angular frequency of cam, then obtaindisplacement excitation which is imposed on piezoelectric element, and derive relationbetween voltage of piezoelectric element and displacement excitation, then establish themathematical model of machine electricity transformation of piezoelectric element;Establish simulation model using simulation software MATLAB/Simulink; Derivevibration differential equation and inherent frequency of piezoelectric element.Secondly, design energy-storage circuit, including rectifying circuit、filter circuit、amplifying circuit and voltage-steadied circuit. Considering equivalent circuit of thepiezoelectric element as the input of the energy-storage circuit, use the circuit simulationsoftware Multisim to simulate the storage circuit, then, obtain the quantity of electricenergy in storage battery. Calculate energy conversion efficiency of piezoelectric elementand energy recovery efficiency of suspension system.Finally, analyze the main factors that influence energy recovery quantity from twoaspects of piezoelectric element and transmission mechanism, using the simulationsoftware MATLAB. And put forward the ways improve energy recovery quantity.
