| Vehicle's suspension is set to ensure its riding and handling stability during the process of moving the car. Until now, many researchers have pay enough attention to automobile ride comfort, but the energy recovery of suspension has not been pay en-ough attention by researchers.With the rising on vehicle fuel price and green energy promoted by our county, energy recovery of vehicles will be pay attention as a study by researchers, such as brake energy recovery and suspension energy recovery, energy recovery suspension can achieve damping function and energy recover-y by changing the damper vibration produced by road roughness into electrical energy. At this stage, the most first focus is vehicle ride comfort about active suspension,the second focus is considering energy recovery efficiency in the world.There are two main goals of this subject, which are the traditional passive suspe nsion damping characteristic and improving suspension energy recovery efficiency.The main subject of the work carried out in the following aspects:(1) The study will analyze the current situation at home and abroad,and all the typical structure of the energy feedback system,this is selection basis of energybased project feed-back system structure.(2) According to current suspension damping characteristics, and analyze the com position and space of vehicle suspension layout, there will design an set of energy re covery system.It will provide the basis for the mathematical modeling.(3) According to related theory, there will set up all the mathematical description of each subsystem, the corresponding mathematical model is simplified.some pattern of the subsystem will be selected by calculating through mathematical description.(4) all of the sub-structure will be created corresponding to simplified the mathe-matical description and simulation will be run in the Matlab/Simulink;There is a way to optimize the damping characteristic to approach to traditional passive suspension damping characteristic using Response Surface Methodology in order to decide struct-ural parameters of sub-structure and get the efficiency of suspension energy recovery. There is an analysis on some factors which are most important to suspension energy recovery ratio and the sources of error simulation(5) There is a full-vehicle model in Adams/Car,and run some simulations accord-ing to national standard; It will discuss the otherness about vehicle riding stability, w hich respectively load traditional passive suspension and energy recovery suspension. There are one innovation involved in the article:Design a new type of suspension energy feedback system in order to match the suspension damping characteristics and improve suspension energy recovery efficiency.By transmission system it will make the motor one-way rotate to overcome the frequent reversing of the motor, while the hydraulic actuator is designed to split structure to overcome space arrangement problem of EHA suspension. |
