China is the largest man-made board producing country in the world. Man-made board industry is the important industry of efficient use of wood or other plant fiber resource, which can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood. Veneer rotary cut is the main link of man-made board production process. The research and development of Log-Core Veneer Lathe has an important significance to improve the technology level of man-made board mechanical equipment in our country as the main equipment of veneer rotary cut part.Log-Core Veneer Lathe hydraulic feed system is the mainly engineering object of this paper. Through the modeling, simulation and comparison, the article proposed the feasibility that making the more economical proportional valve as a speed control element. According to the typical working condition, chosen the synchronization control strategy of the system and simulated and tested it. Through the theoretical analysis, the paper made a preliminary research on Log-Core Veneer Lathe control strategy. Finally I set up the test bench, tested and verified the theory and simulation conclusion.The paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter1is the introduction, which introduces the development of man-made broad machinery manufacturing, the domestic and foreign research situation of Log-Core Veneer Lathe, and research background, significance and main contents of this paper.In chapter2, I choose the servo valve and proportional control valve as speed control components. Through established model, simulated and compared, verified the latter can not satisfy the production actual need, but also fit economy.In chapter3, according to the typical work condition which can easy cause duplex asynchronous, I choose three synchronous control strategy. Through simulated, analyzed and compared, draw relatively suitable synchronous control strategy preliminary.In chapter4, I designed the Adaptive Fuzzy PID Controller in SIMULINK and FUZZY toolbox of MATLAB, analyzed the control performance to Log-Core Veneer Lathe which has nonlinear and time varying interference in actual industrial production process. In chapter5, I built experiment stage, detected synchronous errors of each synchronous control strategy.
