Currently, the hydraulic technology, as a key basic technology, to realize moderntransmission and control, has become an indispensable and important basis in theagriculture and forestry machinery,construction machinery and defense cutting-edgeproducts and so on. It is an important direction to promote the development of hydraulictechnology for improvement and innovation of hydraulic components, so this subject from’double stator’ thought, trying to break the original structure of the gear motor,implementation without changing the input flow rate, realize adjustment of rotationalspeed in gear motor, which explores a new type of structure of the inner and outer meshinggear motor. What makes the new structure of the gear motor different from the traditionalgear motor is that, there are one internal gear motor and one external gear motor in theshell. The motor can be achieved multistage speed and multistage torque output, only byswitching different mode of connection,so that it could save the energy dissipationelements such as throttle valve, pressure reducing valve, can reduce the waste of energy,and improve the efficiency.Firstly,this paper determined working principle and specific structure of the internaland external gear motor, derived displacement, speed and output torque of the theoreticalcalculation method and formula about the single internal gear motor and the singleexternal gear motor, optimized structure design, selected design parameters and the size ofthe motor of the main parts,connecting with the actual site conditions. Then the researchdiscussed the radial force of the theoretical calculation method and formula about thesingle internal gear motor and the single external gear motor in the following sections,calculated the prototype gear radial force and the mechanical strength of the main parts ofthe motor, according to the size of the major parts of the prototype of the parameters, andlinked the mechanical performance of the simulation by using the simulation ofSolidworks. At last, it introduced the leaking ways and size of gear motor, and establishedthe mathematical model of all the way of leakage of gear motor.Typical prototype test shows that the motor of4kinds of connection mode has a definite proportional relationship output torque, which consistent with the theoreticalanalysis. Due to gap seal of the gear motor in the large area, plus low prototype machiningaccuracy, its volumetric efficiency is reduced with the increase of pressure differential, Onthe contrary its mechanical efficiency is relatively high. This paper confirms the truth ofthe basic working principle of the inside and outside gear motor, and provides animportant basis of gear motor with the improved design. |
