Magnetoelectric power generation is a mature technology, this kind of traditional technology in miniature vibration energy collecting has been widely studied. Compared with the other mechanism, high magnetoelectricity damping means such devices can collect vibration energy in more broadband.This paper focus on miniature vibration energy collection technology research.The author read a lot of domestic and foreign literature, and design a magnetoelectricity vibration energy collector system that based on the basis of the cantilever beam. Using the finite element simulation of mechanics and magnetic field, we compared the results of the finite element analysis prediction.We use ANSYS to design and optimization the structure of the vibration picking system:By APDL language, change the size of cantilever vibration picking system, and the cantilever beam elastic coefficient can be calculated; Through the modal analysis, we got the relation between structure size and the resonant frequency; After the optimization of the structure of the cantilever beam, the harmonic response frequency is50.9Hz; Through the harmonic response analysis of the resonant frequency of permanent magnet amplitude, when frequency of the harmonic response is50.9Hz, the amplitude of the permanent magnet is about0.9mm. Through these simulations, it is useful to choose the right model, optimize the structure of the cantilever beam.We use Ansoft Maxwell3D to simulate dynamic iron type magnetoelectricity vibration energy collector structure, and analysis the parameters on the effect of the electricity generating performance. By simulation calculation of the model, the magnetoelectric energy collector output voltage is about dozens mv. Using Ansoft Maxwell3D parametric analysis module, we analysis the influence of the output voltage with the permanent like magnet size, coil size, coil circle number, amplitude, spacing. It is important to choose the right energy conversion system structure and energy conversion system structure optimization.
