| This paper is based on the development and application of the online monitoring system for the main drive shafts of the baosteel’s 5m heavy plate mill. The OMM system provides an excellent monitoring and condition analyzing function.This paper introduces the main equipment of the main shafts, working conduction of the main shafts, current problem of the condition maintenance and feasible solving plan and the target of the OMM system.This paper briefly studies the TTC remote sensing technology, and discusses the principle, installation and design of the TCC testing device.This paper discusses the hardware and software function of the OMM system, the design of the signal tunnels and the warning signal of the OMM system in detail.At last, this paper discusses the application and example of the OMM system in the plate mill for the monitoring and condition management of the main shafts, as well as OMM system verse PDA system in the torque and safety coupling utilization. especially the condition data analysis and trouble shooting. Also, the typical products data are analyzed statistically; the TAF tool is used to discuss the dynamitic characteristic of the main drive system, and the main drive fatigue is analyzed by LCC tool. Further more, in order to provide data analysis and trouble shooting methods for the running of the mill shafts much more safely and dependably, the working condition can be acquired and the data analysis and improvement measures for preventable condition maintenance can be achieved based on the OMM system. |
