Abstract/Summary:
Steel rolling production is a production segment which can rolling steel ingot and steel feed into steel products,with the rapid development of industrial technology,rolling equipment in a large,high-speed,automation and high-precision direction.Using the rolling to product steel products,this way with high productivity,varieties,production processes and other advantages.Therefore,it is more applied widely than forging,extrusion,drawing and so on.Rolling pressure and rolling mill torque are important technical parameters in the design process,which play an important role on the depress rules.The load of processes,equipment intensity check and other aspects.The rolling force is one of the important parameters in setting thickness and roll bending,because of the thickness and shape strip geometry are the two major indicators which determine the strip's accuracy,and the rolling force model is the core mathematical models in the process control.Therefore,in order to satisfy users to strip size and shape accuracy of the stringent requirements,improve rolling accuracy requirements set parameters are becoming increasingly urgent.Main drive system is the core component of the rolling mill,with the rolling equipment to large,high-speed,automation direction of the development trend of more and more obvious,the main drive system of the mill capacity and reliability requirements are also getting higher and higher.First of all,this paper of the following analysis methods which can be calculated rolling force parameters as:Stone formula,Ford formula,and the energy consumption of law,and comparing these methods of application conditions and advantages and disadvantages,and compile the software which can be calculated parameters,and then use MARC finite element software to simulate the draught pressure.Finally,paper presented the main drive system of the mill's important components parameterize design and compile the software which about the important components of the main drive system.At the same time wrote parameter input interface software under Windows operating system environment using VC++ to facilitate the parameters input for designers.The completion of this issue resolve the question which about the design efficiency and accuracy on the six-roll reversible cold rolling mill's rolling force and main drive system better,which has a practical significance,and the results have a certain advanced nature.
