Supercritical fluid dyeing (SFD) is a new staining technique without water. Water, as the medium of dyeing, has been replaced by supercritical carbon dioxide. This paper summarizes the SFD mechanism, the SFD technology and equipment development, and the characteristics of static process, wrap dyeing process and spray dyeing process.The shortcomings of current supercritical fluid wrap dyeing process are analyzed. A high pressure canned circulating pump and cloth roller drive motor are designed to solve the fluid circulation transportation problem and the cloth roller sealing problem. And the design idea, the specific structure, the design method are stated. The tests of supercritical fluid wrap dyeing complete successfully.For the first time, the low tension spray dyeing equipment structure is put forward. And based on the structural features, the supercritical fluid jet dyeing process is designed. At the same time, the dyeing machine and the unit such as nozzle and cloth roller are designed and stated.NIST actual gas is closed as physical model. The dyed target is simplified as porous media. The influence of dye to fluid flow is ignored. Assuming the nozzle wall is smooth, the dyeing machine internal stable flow model is established.Simulation studies the parameters, such as the dyed material viscosity coefficient, the distance from nozzle exit section to the dyed target, the reflux vacuum degree, effect on the inner flow field of single nozzle dyeing machine. The influence of center line angle of multi-nozzle dyeing machine is analyzed. The results show that reduces the distance between the nozzle exit section and the dyeing target, the diameter of the return line, the vacuum degree of the return line, and increases the dyed material viscosity coefficient, the nozzle center axis angle enlarge the high pressure area. It is conducive to dyeing.The research achievement is of great significance to further SFD technology study...
