At present, the liaohe oilfield exploitation gradually entered the later period, with theexpansion of the production, in gradually the difficulty of increasing get more and morecomplex, the working environment become more and more complicated. Accordingly, thenumber of workover is becoming more and more frequent, if the design of workover rigcan’t meet the requirements will not only affect the normal operation, but also can cause ablowout in the environment and even cause accidents. This article in view of the vehicularpressure balance work over rig platform design scheme was proposed in order to adapt tothe new environment of operation condition and guarantee for the production of oil and gas,that using the finite element analysis theory to establish the basic equations of statics andusing the finite element analysis software to important load-bearing parts finite elementanalysis, the dynamic theory is used for dynamic response solution. The research content isas follows:(1)Through the research to know the research status and developing trend of workoverrig. There was a lot about the design of pressure balancing workover rig, but the study ofworkover rig work platform design was very little at present. So in this paper, the design ofwork platform is pioneering design and has good market prospects.(2)According to the environmental conditions of the liaohe oilfield and the operationrequirements of workover rig, using SolidWorks2010three-dimensional software for3Dmodeling, and by using the simulation software ANSYS workbench collaborative the mainbearing parts of work platform for finite element analysis. Then it is concluded that themaximum stress and maximum deformation of the work platform. After compared with thestrength requirement of Q345material, design conform to the requirements of the safetyand production conclusions(3)Consider work platform in the process of actual operation load and vibration, thedynamic theory is adopted to platform frame of modal analysis, obtained the platformframe of the top20order first6order natural frequency and modal vibration mode. On the basis of modal analysis was carried out on the platform frame in the harmonic responseanalysis, obtained under a certain load maximum vibration direction and quantity, damageto prevent resonance provides a theoretical basis.Innovation point of this paper is to design the work platform "split" in form, namely thetrailer transport workover rig. At the beginning of operation the platform will become anindependent work platform, when the trailer can "left" site.
