Coenzyme Q10is widely distributed in fat-soluble organic quinine compounds in living organism. As one of the important elements, it is indispensable to human life. In recent years, Coenzyme Q10has been gradually used as nutritional health products and food additives at home and abroad, and gets a rapid development. Because of fat-soluble nature, the application of Coenzyme Q10is limited. This study prepared Coenzyme Q10Microcapsule using its high content (50%) spray powders. On one hand, the powders will disperse easily in water. So it can be well used in food and cosmetic industries. On the other hand, compared with spray powders with low content Coenzyme Q10microcapsules, the high content powders also have the advantages of greater dose range and less dose limit.The full paper contains five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it gives an outline of Coenzyme Q10and its current situation of application in different areas. After that, this chapter will also clarify the background and valuation of this study, and introduce the ideas and methods of the topic. The second chapter is the details of emulsion preparation. It will select the appropriate materials and reasonable drug loading to get an excellent emulsion. Based on the properties of Coenzyme Q10, materials such as modified starch, gelatin and Arabic gum which have better emulsibility and stability are chosen to conduct the experiment. Then the research studied the forming level of emulsion that with different Coenzyme Q10contents, respectively, for example40%,50%and60%. The examination indicators of emulsion include encapsulation efficiency and stability. The third chapter is the preparation of spray powder. The preparation process conditions were determined by the analysis of spray drying process parameters:feed viscosity, inlet air temperature and wind process conditions such as temperature, feed speed, in order to get the best production. The fourth chapter is the study of quality specification, including appearance, particle size, water dispensability, loss of dry, the content of Coenzyme Q10, and the stability study including accelerated stability test. Besides the conclusion, the fifth chapter will also look forward to the future of this formulation.This paper’s fresh idea lies in:1、High-speed shear method is used to get the emulsion (below1000nm) with a improved bioavailability.2、The development of spray powder of high content Coenzyme Q10emulsion expands the application of Coenzyme Q10in food or the other way with small dose limit effect.
