Vitamin E is one of the essential components of the human body.It is fat-soluble substances, antioxidants, nutritional supplements, heat, acid stable, alkali unstable oxygen-sensitive, not sensitive to heat, but it can t be the direct used. In order to solve this problem, we need the vitamin E for microencapsulation. The outer wall of the microcapsules is the carrier. It can storage and release easily. However, vitamin E is not the same to other fat-soluble vitamins. Since the storage time in the human body is relatively short, so release of microcapsules and release rate are most excreted essential. The selection of the outer wall of the microcapsules directly affect the release profile of vitamin E.The size of the microcapsules have a great influence on the release rate and the content of vitamin E.This paper mainly studies the preparation process of vitamin E microcapsule and various influencing factors in the process of microcapsule. The preparation parameters required determine different particle size of microcapsules. By the particle size of microcapsules, drying, the vitamin E absorbed by ethanol. By analyzing the vitamin E content in different time, the content of vitamin E in microcapsules by liquid chromatography. The release efficiency of vitamin E, effective capacity through the determination of the content, vitamin E content of microcapsules, the content of vitamin E in vitamin E release rate.During the preparation of microcapsule using microcapsules apparatus, the size of the microcapsule is about twice the diameter of the nozzle. The preparations of microcapsules are uniform.In the drying process of microcapsule, the sizes of the microcapsules have a larger effect on the drying rate. The size is smaller, the slower the drying rate. The vitamin E content must have, the greater the size of microcapsules and the greater the effective load, but slower release rate. The release rate in different time is different,Nozzle diameter equals120microns, the release quantity is biggest.Through the vitamin content in practice and needs of release rate can be detemiined by need, the size of the microcapsules, which needs vitamin E microcapsule is prepared.
