The Studies Of Coal Exploitation Of Ecological Environmental Impact Assessment

Inner Mongolia is a large province, rich mineral resources, especially coal resources reserves but also occupies a principal position in the province. Coal is the main energy resources in China, and its exploitation, processing and use in promoting the development of social economy, also caused a lot of ecological environment problems. Due to the ecological system is an extremely complex system, the determination of ecological environmental impact factors and quantitative is difficult, and then make the ecological environment of the quantitative evaluation also is not easy to achieve. As people on the ecological environment problems caused by coal exploitation of the understanding of the enhancement and the attention to this problem, the government needs to be fully carry out ecological environment impact assessment and the overall plan to achieve the balance of development with protection. Based on the coal resources development as the research object, was analyzed by using the idea of sustainable development system of the occurrence characteristics of the coal resources in China, coal exploitation characteristics and the effects on the ecological environment, discussed the development of coal basic theory of ecological environmental impact assessment, technical scheme, and according to the above research contents, YongSheng coal mine coal development studies the assessment of ecological environmental impact. The fundamental purpose of this paper is to standardize and improve the activities in the development of coal mine and provide theoretical basis for the mining area ecological environment comprehensive prevention and control, at the same time for the development of coal mine development area planning and management to provide scientific decision basis.
