The Inner Mongolia Industrial Low Carbon Development Path

Studies show that most parts of the world90%of equivalent CO2emissions from industrial sector.Nationally, industry has always been rich energy consumption and CO2emissions, especially for Inner Mongolia.Inner Mongolia has rich mineral resources,economic development has high degree of dependence on industrial.Therefore,to explore the Inner Mongolia industrial low carbon development path is of great significance.On the one hand, can promote the development of industrial sector into the low carbon mode.On the other hand, it is also the important way to solve the problem of resource consumption and environment in Inner Mongolia. While, different industries has different CO2emission characteristics and different influence of Inner Mongolia’s economy.How to guarantee the economic development and reduce industrial CO2emissions is the research aim of this paper.This paper established Inner Mongolia industrial low carbon development path of research framework based on the analysis of the relevant research literature at home and abroad.Paper first to review of related research, find the problem and scope of research.Second, a review on the related theory basis for the development of low carbon.Third, according to relevant materials,using the data in the statistical yearbook of Inner Mongolia estimate of the Inner Mongolia in2005-2012industrial divisions terminal energy consumption of CO2emissions accurately as far as possible.Including the understanding and analysis of the power of CO2emissions.At the same time analyzed the CO2emission characteristics from different angles.Fourth,summarized the influence mechanism of the industrial structure of CO2emissions.Fifth, the current industrial industries in Inner Mongolia is calculated by using the input-output method of influence coefficients and sense degree coefficient. And than,analyze the industrial correlativeness degree of industries. According to the analysis of the above chapters, on the basis of guarantee industry development is not affected, the industries of industrial connection with carbon intensity analysis,24industry was divided into4classes.According to the different characteristics of each industry puts forward all kinds of industry of low carbon development path.Finally, combined with international and domestic industrial low carbon development experience and the actual situation of Inner Mongolia industrial policy Suggestions.
