Space variable coefficient model is began to be widely used in recent years, such as a model of spatial geographic information analysis, variable coefficient model by embedding spatial data information into the general linear regression model. In order to detect variable between spatial nonstationarity and associated degree. It is very intuitive that spatial data sets contain spatial information analysis. In this paper, the basic theory of spatial variable coefficient model is the research object. And this paper introduces the basic principle of variable coefficient model, local linear GWR estimation method, the Gauss weight function and the method of selecting parameters of the smooth. It mainly studies the space variable coefficient local linear GWR two-step estimation of the model. The global environment is deteriorating and partial area pollution is serious. The Area is vast and there are complex terrain and the imbalance of economic development in China. It brought great difficulties for the further study of the factors affecting the air quality. Therefore, it is necessary for the study of factors affecting the air quality quantitative large areas of the country. This paper selects the main source of pollution factor concentration calculation in2011of air quality index as the research target and uses the air quality index as a measure of air quality standard to study the factors which can affect the air quality and its influence degree. The paper establishes a spatial varying coefficient models and estimates by local linear GWR and the local linear GWR two step estimation and verified the superiority of local linear GWR two step estimation. The degree of influence of human activities and the meteorological conditions on air quality based on the spatial varying coefficient models has spatial nonstationarity. With the changes of space position, extent of human activities and the meteorological conditions on air quality also change.
