A Study On Allocation Mechanism Of Common Environmental Resource Of Underdeveloped Area

The starting point of resource allocation mechanisms research is into resourcescarcity. The purpose of research in common environmental resource allocationmechanisms in underdeveloped areas is to integrate the power of allocation, form theoptimal and balanced mechanisms to reach the goal of optimized allocation so as toensure the effective use of common environmental resources.Firstly, this dissertation defines the concepts of derivative types of “underdevelopedareas”“common environmental resources”“allocation mechanism of commonenvironmental resources” and chooses the allocation of MSW(municipal solid waste)disposal facilities in Anhui province on behalf of research of the allocationmechanisms of common environmental in underdeveloped areas and introduces typesof the allocation mechanisms of common environmental resources. This dissertationmakes a comparative study in the allocation situation of MSW disposal facilitiesbetween developed countries and China, finding that the government and market areindispensable and important elements in common environmental resource allocationmechanisms. Besides, this dissertation makes quantitative analysis by taking thestatistical data of the allocation situation of MSW disposal facilities in Anhui provinceand analyses the main problems of the allocation of MSW disposal facilities inunderdeveloped areas and finds a clear path for studying the resource allocationmechanisms of common environmental resources in underdeveloped areas. Accordingto the allocation mechanisms found in the research and the main allocation problemsof MSW disposal facilities in underdeveloped areas represented by Anhui province,this dissertation proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the resourceallocation optimization of common environmental resource in underdeveloped areas.
