Preparation And Properties Of The Fluorescent Probes Sensitive To Metal Ions

Global economic development, improving people’s living standards to bring the. But italso brings a lot of environmental problems, such as: metal ion contamination. For thedetection of metal ions and supervision is now a hot issue and biomedical research. Forthe detection of metal ions before the way to some extent of cell damage, and accurateenough. Development of a metal ion-specific fluorescent probe detection can beachieved for the metal ions in the real-time detection under a fluorescence microscopedue to the large number of chemical agents to avoid the injection of the cell damage.In this thesis, three aniline as the basic raw material, probes were synthesizedcompounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ. Were also modified polystyrene grafted on the surface and inthe group. The probe compounds Ⅰ and modified polystyrene Schiff base wassynthesized fluorescent probes for metal-ion polymer identification of metal ions.And above all synthetic substances were measured infrared and NMR showed thatthe experimental product to achieve the desired effect.By UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy, we have carried out the aboveproduct performance testing, the results show: in different solvents probe Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅰ PS-probe ultraviolet and fluorescent compounds are showing differentvariations. In addition also conducted sensitivity and specificity of the test resultsshowed that the probe Ⅰ lead ions for sodium ions and a unique identification, canbe used to detect organisms and the enviro nment. PS-probe probe Ⅱ and Ⅰcompounds are silver ions identified. But the recognition of the limits and ion bindingconstants are different. Ⅲ probe for nickel has good selective recognition. It wasalso the probe Ⅰ, Ⅱ PS-Ⅰ were two-pHoton probe test, calculated by theirtwo-pHoton absorption area.Also for the first time in the experiment were studied aspects of amino acids, derivedprobe Ⅱ combined with the silver ions in the system after a clear identification ofcysteine.
