Development of a metal ion-specific fluorescent probe detection can beachieved for the metal ions in the real-time detection under a fluorescence microscopedue to the large number of chemical agents to avoid the injection of the cell damage.In this thesis, three aniline as the basic raw material, probes were synthesizedcompounds â… , â…¡, â…¢. The probe compounds â… and modified polystyrene Schiff base wassynthesized fluorescent probes for metal-ion polymer identification of metal ions.And above all synthetic substances were measured infrared and NMR showed thatthe experimental product to achieve the desired effect.By UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy, we have carried out the aboveproduct performance testing, the results show: in different solvents probe â… , â…¡, â…¢and â… PS-probe ultraviolet and fluorescent compounds are showing differentvariations.
