Flavonoids are a class of secondary plant metabolites with significant physiologicaleffects and unique structural diversity,including chalcones, lfavanones,lfavones,flavonols and so on. Pyrimidine is an important heterocyclic compound with a widerange of biological activity. This dissertation presents the design of a series of novelflavonoids using the bioisosteric method vvitii pyrimidine ring as the substitute forbenzene ring, and the syntheses and biological activity assays of these compoundsinculding2-hydroxy chalcones,lfavanones,flavones.The work in this dissertation consists three clKipters.
