Production Wells At High Risk Security Mechanism Design Problem

Sustainable economic development must pay attention to ecological civilization,and ecological civilization can’t depart from the support of safety in production.Although the safe production problems have caused extensive concerns of the societyand get improved, yet with the economic and social development, many new safeproduction problems accured. In the light of special oil-exploitation processes andgeological environment impacts, oil field safety in production, especially in the safeproduction problems of high-risk wells, not only relates to achieve self-developmentgoals, and more related to the economic development of our country energy support,but also related to the personnel and social security, even on important issues of theecological harmony. On the basis of construction experience summarization of thedomestic and foreign oil field production safety mechanism, and based on more than50years of field practice of daqing oilfield and many years’ accumulation intheoretical knowledge，using Oil well figure and abnormal well information, the riskyearly warning system of high-risk areas of daqing oilfield has been established, andthe scientific identification and classification of high-risk areas of daqing oilfield hasbeen completed. With the support of this system, the scientific control of all kinds ofgeological high-risk areas in the oilfield has been realized. Matching technicalresearch of construction wells, and sorting and screening construction process ofhigh-risk areas and wells, the risky assessment and analysis has been completed forrisky early warning of high-risk wells and in the construction of potential hazards.Establishing an effective safe construction management and supervision andguarantee system of risky wells, and carrying out upgrade management of high-riskconstruction well, and strengthening site construction organization and supervisionand management of high-risk wells, has effectively reduced the incidence ofabnormal well, and cut down the cost of the enterprise security and management, andrealized the scale and normalized construction.
