ZY coal company serious safety management status, not only affect the furtherdevelopment of the company, also is related to the safety of the lives and its property.To solve the problems of ZY coal company safety management, in this paper, the ZYcoal company safety management will conducted a comprehensive in-depth study.In this paper, on the basis of existing research, through literature research, caseanalysis, data statistics, the empirical research method, the systematic research andanalysis of the safety management theory, heinrich rule, accident cause theory suchas the main theory, from people’s unsafe ACTS, unsafe state of object, the system ofthree perspectives, such as the imperfect of ZY coal company safety managementcarried on the thorough analysis, the main problems and influence factors on thesafety of the coal industry, foreign advanced management experience is summarized,and then puts forward the concrete countermeasures of strengthening company ZYcoal mine safety management.Through analysis, this paper draw the following conclusions:(1) company ZYcoal mine safety management, the people’s unsafe factors mainly in terms of theirown problems, environment, the unsafe state of the main caused by design,manufacturing, mechanical failure, etc;(2) professional training education, strictsupervisory mechanism, advanced technical support, perfect the risk assessment isthe foreign advanced experiences of coal mining enterprises.(3) can solve theproblem of ZY coal mine enterprise’s safety management from three aspects ofpeople, objects, system.The above research results, to the coal mine enterprise’s safety managementprovides reference and guiding significance for coal enterprises safety managementefficiency of ascension have important help.
