In industrial production, Annealing furnace is one of the important devices in the workpiece during the heat treatment, annealing furnace control system level directly affect the process of the workpiece, but also affect the energy consumption, thereby increasing the cost. Annealing furnace control system, temperature is the most important control object, it has a non-linear, large inertia, pure time delay, and poor anti-interference ability characteristics. In the conventional control method, can only rely on the experience of the operator to control. Therefore, the control system has low control accuracy, low production efficiency, processing, energy consumption and serious shortcomings. In response to these circumstances, the two annealing furnace to a company targeted research and design of the control system of the annealing furnace.The reality, combined with the study of the advanced control theory, research and design of intelligent control system of the temperature of the gas annealing furnace. This control system is a distributed control system (DCS), and by the upper and lower two parts, the upper process monitoring of industrial control computer, modify parameters, data storage, data query. Through the research and design of this project, the level of control of the annealing furnace temperature control system is advanced, optimization of resource utilization and efficiency.The system has been put into operation, under the600℃process requirements to achieve the control accuracy of±5℃, far more than the raw Production requirements. This control system controls high accuracy, good stability, easy operation, high degree of automation.
