| Continuous annealing furnace is one of the major equipments of continuous annealing production line in steel rolling industry; it could affect the quality, quantity and cost of cold strip steel directly. The study of continuous annealing furnace temperature control system makes sense in increasing productivity, improving product quality and economizing energy. Because the temperature control is a complex and difficult controlled industry process, the classical PID control strategy could hardly reach desired effect. Then, studying a control strategy with better performance is no doubt necessary for real project.Based on the real project, the thesis takes annealing furnace of continuous annealing production line in the Corporation as the background, and focuses on digesting and researching temperature control system of continuous annealing furnace on RTF in the factory. In the thesis it is analyzed for continuous annealing furnace on RTF construction and component, Combustion control principle and Temperature control principle contained in the system in detail, and takes profound research on double cross limit control static used in the system. At last, based on running effect of continuous annealing furnace temperature system in factory, the evaluation presented is that PID control continuous annealing furnace temperature system has quite good performance running in stable process. But the temperature system is fluctuated badly and has bad hysteretic property in ascending process of continuous annealing furnace temperature. The PID control system is need improved, so that it could content factory.Aimed at the existing problems in the temperature control issues, such as difficult to determine the accurate mathematical model, environmental disturbance of the controlled objects effect, etc. This paper introduces a design fuzzy adaptive PID control system. The fuzzy adaptive PID control system uses fuzzy logic control on PID parameters for real-time online correction, make the whole system to achieve the best effect of control. At last, the fuzzy adaptive PID control system simulation research is made, and it gets the conclusion that the continuous annealing production temperature on RTF control system based on fuzzy neural network has better performance than the furnace temperature control system based on PID in the following aspect:better following performance for furnace temperature varying, shorter overshoot, shorter adjusting time and greater robustness. |
