Abstract/Summary:
The project is an eight-color Shaft less driver flexograph machine.With non-toxicwater-based ink,it fully meet the environmental printing standards and specifically for thepharmaceutical and food packaging industry and other printing products. Flexograph usingresilient raised image to print that is one kind of direct rotary printing method. Plate glued tothe variable repeated length printing drum. Plates are applied ink by a metal inking roller(anilox) that engraved ink hole, anilox are controled the amount of inking by squeegee oranother ink roller. Flexographic printing can transfer fat-like ink or water-based ink ontovarious substrates.The driving of traditional flexographic printing presses each unit are achieved by mechanicallong axis.The design, processing, installation of mechanical parts are complex, and the cycleof parts production and processing need long time. Traditional models have low productivityand printing accuracy,big noise, equipment maintenance complex and so on. This articleprovides the full servo synchronized shaftless printing solutions for flexo presses,the designof using direct drive motors to replace the gear and shaft drive system is not only save a lot ofgears, cams and long shaft machining manufacture and installation, but also achieve ahigh-speed, high-precision, flexible control equipment. It mainly consists of unwinding unit,the traction unit, printing unit, and rewinding unit constitutes. It also includes a tensioncontrol system, correction system, infrared heating systems, lubrication systems, and somealso fitted dust, corona and other devices. This article is based on the full servo flexo shaftless,and describe its overall process.For its unwinding and rewinding tension control system,traction tension and Register guidance system do a qualitative analysis.
