In this paper, the following work:Analysis of the development status of the Punch-CNC, Open-CNC system based on motion controller widely used in recent years. By analyzing Punch-CNC systems from different manufacturers on the market currently, then compare and contrast them. Analysis of their strengths and current problems, we can learn advantages and correct shortcomings of them.The research of overall program on Punch-CNC system. In-depth field research to understand the design requirements of the customers on CNC system and the overall framework of Punch-CNC, then raises the overall program of Punch-CNC system. Punch-CNC system platform is divided into the hardware part and the software part, then raises the architecture of the hardware platform and software platform.Building the hardware platform of Punch-CNC system. By analysis of the composition for the motion control system, then select the various parts. Designing the electrical system of Punch-CNC, which is divided main-circuit and control-circuit. Connecting the hardware of motion control system, which contains the connection of the terminal board and the motion drive, the connections of the input, the connection of the output. Setting suitable parameter and testing on JOG, make the servo-drive run perfectly. Making initialization settings and debugging the various parts of the hardware, make the motion-controller run perfectly. The research and implementation on the software part of Punch-CNC system. Then makes the function analysis and the structural design of the CNC system. Then divides the Punch-CNC system into five modules. Using GDI and double-buffer to design dynamic display module. Using file-searching, file-reading and linked-list to design the reading module. The motion control module is divided into back-parameter, manual, single-stem, continuous, breakpoint processing. Diagnostic module monitors the input and output of the system constantly, once discovering anything abnormal, reporting immediately.This paper analyzes real-time and efficiency of the Punch-CNC system. For which, proposing two method to improving the real-time of the system, and the experiments are performed. |
