As their awareness of ecological security, people pay close attention to the ecological safety of textiles and the quality problem. Ecological textile not only become the technical barriers in international trade, but also gradually become the mainstream of the textile consumption trend. Quality inspection agencies should pay more attention to the development of ecological textile inspection certification, to raise their level of inspection, better promote the standard update, and keep the competitiveness of textiles in our country. This paper deep research the influence factors of safety performance testing method and the uncertainty of measurement of ecological textile in our country.First, this paper discussed the importance of ecological textiles and its standard, and summarized our country present situation in the field of ecological textile testing. Then the inspection items and methods of ecological textiles safety standards at home and abroad had carried on the induction and comparison, to identify deficiencies, and advances some corresponding solving strategies and countermeasures.Second, relating to the highest frequency items in the ecological textile inspection pH value and formaldehyde content on the factors influencing the test method of the determination had carried on the thorough analysis. Combining with the inspection standards, extracting medium, extracted liquid pH value, extraction temperature, extraction time, oscillation effect analysis of pH value were made sure. Through research analysis showed that:in the determination of pH, extract had the greatest effect in the pH of the test result, followed by extraction medium, extraction temperature, extraction time and the effects of oscillation rate. In daily work, it was recommended that the extraction medium choose O.lmol/L potassium chloride solution extraction medium pH adjustment to neutral, best extraction temperature control within the scope of the20~25℃, extraction time choice in1~2h, oscillation speed regulating to60~90times/min. The preparation of standard curve from formaldehyde, storage conditions, extraction factors, color reaction factors such as test process analysis for determination of formaldehyde content were involved. In the determination of formaldehyde content, storage condition affect the result of the test sample was the largest; followed by extraction temperature, color temperature, extraction time, color rendering time, the effects of extraction rate of oscillation. On need to test the samples should be timely advice laboratory into polyethylene bags to store and outsourcing aluminum foil seal. When perform the testing as soon as possible, at the same time factors should be strictly controlled in the process of extraction and color temperature and time, to ensure the accuracy of test.Finally, the principle of measurement uncertainty and application in ecological textiles safety inspection were discussed. Applying pH value and the determination of formaldehyde content uncertainty analysis of the process of test, we adopted quantity statistical method. the pH value and formaldehyde main influence component were detected, and the various factors affect the size were evaluated. The analysis showed that the uncertainty of determination of pH mainly from the sample test, extraction and preparation process standard buffer, of all the total uncertainty contribution of90%, the sample test in the process of uncertainty produced by random effect was larger. According to the uncertainty of determination of formaldehyde content was mainly from in sample test and preparation process of standard curve, and the contribution was as high as98.6%. This requires laboratory personnel should be familiar with in the process of determination of corresponding specification requirements of the test methods and able to skillfully master the operation skills, so as to improve test accuracy.
