For decades, due to over-exploitation of mineral and energy has been nearly depleted, many mines have been successively closure stop mining, and the impact of mining on the environment still exists, serious damage to the original topography, vegetation degradation, desertification, water pollution, crop growth damage. Increasingly prominent environmental problems caused by the mine municipal government attaches great importance to, and implementation of "Castle Project" within the city, the mine will damage the environment to recover. Thus, it needs to solve a long-term process that requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to resolve.In this paper, closed environmental restoration of Fushun for the study, through the investigation of the status of the mine closed and environmental destruction, determined the mine closed environmental problems, there are:geological disasters, occupation and destruction of land resources, soil and water pollution, landscape and vegetation damage. These issues will come with the weighted Comparison Method major environmental problem, which is the focus of governance as a problem.The main problem of Fushun mine closed environmental is the destruction of vegetation, followed by the pressure of occupied land, avalanches, landslides and mudslides, is less affected by water pollution, soil pollution, ground subsidence, ground subsidence.Based on the analysis results into the need to focus on governance, sub key governance issues, general governance, develop appropriate control measures.
