Research Of Rural Living Garbage Management In Chengyang District Of Qingdao

Building a new socialist countryside is an important part of the planning goals proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee and also an important part of building a moderately prosperous society. The focus and difficulty of building a moderately prosperous society is in rural areas. While in rural areas, garbage problem is especially pronounced.In recent years, pollution problems of air, soil and water caused by garbage is very common.Therefore,garbage management in rural areas is very urgent.On this basis, I selected community A of Chengyang Qingdao for my study in order to investigate and reflect the experiences and problems of managing rural garbage in Chengyang region.This paper investigates and analyzes the garbage infrastructure,laws and regulations,governance and residents environmental conscious and behaviors in process of garbage governance of rural community A in Chengyang mainly by methods of questionnaires and interviews. Based on questionnaires and interviews,I found that Chengyang region has accumulated some experience in rural garbage management process, such as opened up a diversified infrastructure investment and financing channels; sound legal system and strict and effective law enforcement; environmental supervision and management of the whole society to participate in the network; greatly enhanced environmental quality of the residents; formed a political interaction complementary situation.Meanwhile, I also found some problems exist objectively in the survey. on this basis,I analyzed and summarized the mutual influence of garbage infrastructure, laws and regulations, governance behavior and the behavior and environmental awareness of residents so as to put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the governance of rural garbage as a reference.
