In this paper, low density, high strength properties of paper and paperboard paperstructure is studied. By improving the method of compactness, different intensity ofthe inquiry to their respective advantages of both, Takamatsu thickness obtained bettereffect of high-strength paper, in addition to the fiber modification to explore itsresearching several effects of paper properties and the mechanism of action etc.Firstly, based on the research of cardboard paper thickness of different ways ofimproving, change trend of their bulk properties test on influence of paper bulk wedraw plate drying a dryer can better reflect the additives paper sheet; wood pine ofthickness agent on the thickness of paper is more obviously, the amount of bulk agentwood was30%, bulk increases14.3%, a sharp decline of paper strength; high yieldpulp and waste paper pulp papermaking ratio is25%, the paper thickness increased by7.4%, the tensile index dropped28%; organic bulking agent effect is inorganic thickloose agent several times, on the paper strength greatly influence. Study on strengthproperties, the processing time for the waste paper pulp is20min, enzyme dosage is250u/g pretreatment; separate use of cationic polyacrylamide enhancement, aluminumsulfate dosage is1.4%, enhancing agent dosage is1%of the best results; separatesurface sizing, sizing concentration is controlled at about7%, application resincontent control in4~5g/cm2better effect; composite sizing, modified PAE contentcompared with the oxidized starch is15%better sizing effect; reinforcing agent andcomposite sizing agent interaction, cationic polyacrylamide with1%, sizingconcentration control in5%, the sizing control in3g/cm2the strength, significantlyenhance the effect.Through the wooden bulk agent, pulp, organic bulk agent and reinforcing agent,surface sizing interaction for the preparation of low tension strength of paper, all gettheir best process in different ways: plan a wooden bulk agent addition30%,composite application sizing concentration control in10%glue, sizing control in5g/cm2; chemical mechanical scheme for juice content30%, composite applicationsizing concentration control in10%glue, glue quantity control in4g/cm2. Addition ofscheme three organic bulk agent30%, composite application sizing concentrationcontrol in10%glue, glue quantity control in5g/cm2. And the experimental results arecompared. Finally, by impregnating Modification Modification of pulp, PAE resin curingcaused an increase in the average width of fiber on the surface of the fibers and fines,curl index and kink index decreased; oven drying pulp treatment obviously on theretention of paper strength, at the same time the best dosage of PAE resin impregnatedinto1.5%, temperature on the strength and thickness effect is80℃as soaking timeis30min; partial immersion of the fiber and the waste paper pulp papermaking haveincreased in thickness, but the effect of reducing the strength, but the overall impact.
