| The drape is an important indicator of fabric,which it determined whether the fabric couldform smooth surface,and give people visual enjoyment.This paper analysed the limitations of thetraditional umbrella drape method,and according the limitations of umbrella drape measurementto propose the unidirectional fabric drape method and test equipment.It simulated the stress stateof fabric in the actually,measured the extent and form of the drape in the natural droop,andestablished the evaluation to reflect the drape of the fabric,which to provide a new means oftesting for the three-dimensional fabric drape performance measurement.In this thesis, the maintask is to verify the Feasibility of the unidirectional fabric drape method and test device, Thefollowing are the contents and conclusions:1ã€By studying the umbrella drape the limitations which Specifically is (1) the small size ofthe test sample;(2) the sample suffer affect of latitude and longitude;(3) It can not get anintuitive three-dimensional drape shape.Therefore it proposed the unidirectional fabric drape testmethods and test equipment.Its principle is to make the top of sample hold by a certain bendingmode.The sample would naturally droop by its gravity.And get the three-dimensional drape byKinect sensor. Through the C++programming and image processing to modify,and horizontallyintercept the bottom of sample to get drape curve.And according the drape curve to establish the evaluation of unidirectional drape.2〠This paper studied the experimental devic and the way of experimental dataacquisition.This thesis researched the data acquisition instrument,It compared severalthree-dimensional scanner to choose Kinect sensor as a three-dimensional data acquisitionequipment. Kinect sensor have some features such as a low price, easy to operate, no specificenvironmental scanning, scanning accuracy according to the experimental requirements.Thehardware components,working principle of Kinect sensor made a thorough study. And masteredthe principle of three-dimensional image that the Kinect sensor scan around the sample,anddirectly get the depth image by30frames per second.And through Microsoft’s SDK and pointcloud splicing technology, real-time data combined into three-dimensional solid model.Thispaper measured the actual scanning accuracy of Kinect sensor,by measuring a physical cuboid 10times and getting the relative standard deviation of the lengthã€widthã€height were0.91%ã€0.55%ã€1.11%.And it measured the the actual scanning accuracy of Kinect sensor and meet thetest requirements.3ã€In order to get the stable experimental data and reflect the true drape samples.This paperdesigned the unidirectional drape experimental program,include drape way,clampingmeans,sample size etc.and get the best experimental program.It make experimental programreproducibility test to verify the stablility and viability.4ã€This paper established the unidirectional drape performance indicators of the fabric andmeasured indicators of unidirectional drape of20samples.Among the unidirectional drapecoefficient represented the drape degree of fabric,Tbe bent index, bending variation index, meanpeak height, the average peak height variability index, the average peak width variability indexrepresent drape shape of fabric.5ã€In order to verify the feasibility of the unidirectional drape test method.It compared theunidirectional aesthetic indicators with umbrella aesthetic indicatorsã€the subjective evaluation ofexpert teachers to the correlation analysis and regression analysis.and get highly consistency.TheNo.4ã€8ã€9ã€10got the inconsistent according the three test methods,and according the structuralparameters and mechanical properties of fabric to explain the reasons of sort inconsistent.Inorder to verify the consistency of the three sorting methods,,each method will get sorted into fivegrades,and get fully consistent.Thus verifying the feasibility of the unidirectional fabric drapeperformance test methods and testing device.and fit the testing drape of textile.It provided a newtesting means for the three-dimensional fabric drape test. |
