Design Of Computer Hosiery Machine Control System Based On Embedded System

The computer hosiery machine is developing rapidly.At present,the domestic factory can purchase hosiery machine from overseas,but we cannot get high level controller.The domestic hosiery machine products exist big disparity with the imported products in technique content and price.This paper introduced a kind of jacquard hosiery machine controller design proposal based on embedded system,the main research work and achievement are summarized as follows:Firstly,with the features of S3C2410X and TMS320LF2407A,and with the construct principle and function request of hosiery machine,we formulated the while design proposal of the control system,the concrete method to realize it,and designed the system's partial hardware circuit and software architecture.Secondly,the system's coexistent environment of ARM Linux cross compile environment and DSP CCS development environment was constructed,which provides an effective software platform for each function module of the system.Thirdly,after analyzed the Linux system's software architecture, we introduced the transplant process of Linux operating system to S3C2410X processor,including the design and realization of Linux guide loading program Bootloader,the transplant of Linux kernel,and the establishment of root file system.As while,the transplant of MiniGUI graphic system and the development flow of MiniGUI interface program are introduced.Finally,the main axis servo control system based on TMS320LF2407A was designed, and the space voltage PWM vector control technology is used to control the main axis motor,then we gave out the concrete algorithm of SVPWM and hardware realization on TMS320LF2407A.
