| The paper is studied the technologic condition, on different reactive condition of the synthã€size of cardanol-phenolic resin. It is confirmed the conditon that the ratio of phenolic mole is1.06:1, the reactive time is90min, the reactive temperature is90℃, the amount of cardanol is40g, is the best one which is used to prepare the resin having the better property:the viscosity is795mp.s, the content of free formaldehyde is0.52%. In the better condition, we get the resin, and then, prepare the fiberglass-composite material(YBFC).The flexural modulus and bending strength of YBFC are the highest and the peeling strength is the lowest. Passing the DMTA testing, we know that the glass-transition temperature(Tg) is116℃. The material can be used in high temperature.When we synthesize the cardanol-phenolic resin using the different catalyzers, we find that the cardanol-phenolic resin’s property is the optimal that is used the hexamethylenetetramine. The resin has the highest viscosity and the lowest content of free formaldehyde. And the effect of the resin synthesized by the catalyzers mixed with hexamethylenetetramine and ammonia.Passing the IR testing, we find that the catalyzers already participate in the reaction.Using the two catalyzers, the properties of the synthesized resin and the mechanical properties of YBFC are all descended across the increacing amount of cardanol. And passing DMTA testing, YBFC’s heat resistance is improved.The mechanical property of the modified cardanol(LGYF)-YBFC have obvious improvement, which is synthesized by the hexamethylenetetramine.But the mechanical property of the modified cardanol (MGYF)-YBFC have no obvious change, which is modified by maleic anhydride. The bending modulus of YBFC, which is synthesized by coupling agent, inorganic powder and the mixed ones, is lower than the one which is synthesized by no coupling agent and inorganic powder, but the peeling strength is higher. Passing DMTA testing, we know that Tg of YBFC, which is modified and which is synthesized by coupling agent and inorganic powder, are higher than the YBFC’s. The result shows that the heat resistance of the material is improved. |
