With the increasingly high demands of personalized, iftness, quality and design tasteof clothing, unique customized productions have occupied a large share of the market.However, due to the time and space constraints in the traditional customization, thedevelopment and application of customization technologies are not mature and perfect innetwork environment, so that cons’’umers demands cant be satisifed to a large extent. Withthe highly development of information technology in the era of network, it’s veryimportant and necessary to research and exploit customized network system, which willreduce space and time gap of communication of information between the customers andenterprise,to achieve high-quality, high efficiency,high satisfied services.The paper analysis the current problems of network customization in domestic andoverseas markets by document retrieval and market research, which mainly shows in threeaspects.1. Customer’s body characteristics cannot be displayed;2. There is no direct ifttingeffect;3. The customer orders cannot be fast directly communicated and disposed. In orderto solve these problems, make good customized service and meet the shopping needs ofconsumers, this article puts forward the improvement measures from the following threeaspects.1’.Customers body simulation. The paper mean to segment human body. It increasesthe difference of size basing on the national standard of size series. In the meantime, itincreases the classiifcation of special types. In order to ensure the authenticity of humanbody simulation and later virtual iftting, and the speed of system, the paper makes use ofsoftware V-Stitcher and analysis the modeling rule to establish new database ofthree-dimensional human model.2.Three-dimensional virtual iftting. With the help of AccuMark software, Photoshop,V-Stitcher, etc, The paper consider the garment customization features in the network, todesign clothing styles, fabrics and patterns for different body, and combine the3D bodymodel and garment model to establish three-dimensional virtual iftting library. 3. The information integration of network order. In order to accelerate the respond tocustomer orders in customization system, the paper makes the connection and integrationof heterogeneous software, with the aid of embedded language PHP of HTML, to directlytransfer customer order into notepad formats, and save it as the suiffx " ord’’ ifle,whichrealizes quickly response to customer orders from the network.After solving the main three aspects of problems in network customization, the paperuses Apache+MySQL+PHP+Macromedia Dreamweaver8software development tools, todesign static and dynamic webpage, so as to realize the integration of system functions andpromote the implementation and operation of system functions.This method not only solves the problems of no ift, popularization, lack ofindividuality and no iftting effect when purchase clothing from network, but also solves theproblem in the manual customization, such as long cycle time, low precision, which arenot conducive to mass production. Network customization will greatly shorten the time andspace obstacle in the traditional customization. It can reduce the cost and improve theeiffciency by submitting the order online, and can integrate and update the data andinformation effectively in value chain link, so as to realize the quickly response tocustomer orders. The paper provides the reference for medium-sized garment enterprises tobuild small customization platform in the future.
