With the popularization of personalized demand,customized production will become a common production mode in the future.On-site assembly is the last link in the project delivery of a customized equipment enterprise.Assemblers are involved in the round-trip between various locations during the assembly process,so on-site assembly scheduling needs to consider the travel time of the assemblers.When a new task arrives,it is necessary to promptly assign assembly personnel to perform the task in a suitable time.At the same time,the on-site assembly task is interruptible,so it is necessary to consider the impact of the arrival of the new task on the assembly plan.On-site assembly scheduling also needs to consider factors such as task time window constraints,personnel load balance,task and personnel matching,etc.Too many factors affect scheduling decisions,making it difficult to find a satisfactory solution through manual scheduling by dispatchers.This traditional empirical scheduling is highly subjective,inefficient,and frequently changed,which affects customer satisfaction and reduces the competitiveness of enterprise products.Therefore,it is of great significance to use information technology to achieve scientific and reasonable scheduling of on-site assembly personnel and on-site assembly tasks.Based on the information management requirements of on-site assembly scheduling of a customized equipment enterprise,this paper intends to construct an on-site assembly scheduling system.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Demand analysis and functional design.Through analyzing the on-site assembly scheduling process of a customized equipment company,we found out the problems of onsite assembly scheduling,and proposed how to solve these problems.It is necessary to establish an information-based on-site assembly scheduling system.Then the overall system functions were designed and the on-site assembly scheduling process was established.(2)Established a mathematical model of on-site assembly scheduling.The essence of onsite assembly scheduling is to assign suitable assemblers to perform tasks in a suitable time period.In this paper,the on-site assembly scheduling constraints are divided into hard constraints and flexible constraints,and it is determined that the total change period of the planned tasks is the smallest and the total tasks are The three objective functions of the least tardiness,the personnel load balance,and the establishment of a mathematical model that satisfies the on-site assembly scheduling.(3)Design on-site assembly scheduling algorithm and realization method.The first is to configure the basic data in on-site assembly scheduling,including distance matrix configuration,assembly man-hour configuration and assembly time configuration,etc.These are the known conditions for realizing the on-site assembly scheduling algorithm.Secondly,according to the environmental relationship between the new task and the assembly plan,the heuristic rules for assigning personnel are designed and combined with the optional free zone priority rule and the designated free zone rule,and different combination rules are used to realize the on-site assembly scheduling algorithm.Finally,design experiments to analyze the performance of different combination rules under different environmental factors,and apply the experimental results to the on-site scheduling system(4)Design and implement on-site assembly scheduling system using B/S front-end separation technology.Designed and developed an assembly site scheduling system,which supports web and mobile terminals.The system contains four modules,including assembly request module,assembly scheduling module,assembly execution module,and basic data module.Through the operation of the system,the assembly request information is standardized,assisting dispatchers to realize intelligent dispatch;on-site assembly personnel can help enterprises monitor the on-site assembly process through mobile programs.
