With the rapid development of our society’s economy and urbanization, a significant increase of urban living garbage, as the resource processing capacity reduction is lagging behind, it is urgent to take measures to solve the garbage issues. According to statistics, at present, Qingdao, only four area reached more than3,000tons of urban living garbage, mainly treated by landfill, incineration and composting, recycling and other treatment. As garbage collection in our country is still concentrated mainly mixed collection, therefore in order to achieve the reduction of waste disposal, recycling and harmless, it is necessary to make the garbage classification sorting precession in the above manner. Selected for the classification of plastic, cardboard and other garbage is very loose, so compressing packaging this recyclable parts will be the principal form of garbage collection, also will be the principal means to reducing the costs of handling urban living garbage. Therefore, the design of compression capability, high efficiency packaged urban living garbage compression baler is of great significance.Response to the above situation, this dissertation designed the compression baler for urban living garbage systematic and comprehensive, adopted AMESim to modeling and simulation analysis. The main research contents are as following:1、Through access to a large number of related literature and information, have a full understanding of the compressing package, and conduct research on urban living garbage compression mechanism, establish the applied mathematical and physical model for the compression baler.2、On the basis of the above study, design the mechanical part of compression baler, mainly including:feeding, compression, pushing cable, bundling and other institutions. Also in structural design, through selecting and optimization improve the mechanical structure stability. 3、Designing the hydraulic system, by analysis of compression balers working conditions drawing the schematic of the hydraulic system, calculate and select the hydraulic components. Using the hydraulic integrated valve blocks, design the integrated hydraulic circuit to improve the stability of the system and make the system more compact. According to the working principle of hydraulic system, design the control system based on PLC, making the equipment operation easier, and easier to achieve the desired on PLC control function, improving work efficiency.4) By introducing the application of modeling and simulation software AMESim, yet understanding the significance of modeling and simulation the hydraulic system, then using AMESim to model and simulate the hydraulic system. Mainly, analysis of the displacement, speed controlling and dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system, getting the realistic result which is quite satisfactory.
