A Study Based On The Blue Economic Zone Construction Of Qingdao Economic And Environmental Coordination Optimization Research

Sustainable development can not be separated from the coordinated development of economy and environment. How to keep the high-speed economic development and the realization of the protection of the ecological environment at the same time, has become the focus of world attention. Qingdao as a leader of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone, in the economic development inevitably accompanied with a large number of environmental problems, economic and environmental uncoordinated phenomena appear. Therefore, Under the background of blue economic development, research of Qingdao economic and environmental coordinated development has the necessary practical significance on the sustainable development of Qingdao and the blue economy.This paper Analyzes the characteristics of the Qingdao economic development and environmental quality, chooses the economic and environmental data from2001to2011of Qingdao, studies Qingdao city coordinated development between economy and environment under the background of the blue economy. Using SPSS16software, in combination with principal component analysis(pca) to build Qingdao economic and environmental coordinated development index system and evaluation model, in order to evaluate Qingdao economic development level and environmental quality and according to the results to build the blue economic development of Qingdao city economy and environment coordinated development pattern and give the corresponding measures, aimed at enhancing the Qingdao economic and environmental coordination.
