Parameters measurement on hole parts has been a difficult problem in lengthmeasurement. With the continuous improvement in machining technology, hole parts’has been greatly improved, due to the limited space when measuring, precisionmeasurement technology on hole parts develops slowly and become the bottleneck ofindustrial development. To overcome the deficiencies of existing technology, a largedepth to diameter ratio holes parts measurement system is designed, which has a higheraccuracy than traditional method for measuring inside diameter, a high degree ofautomation, low manufacturing cost, convenient operation, and can be used in theworkshop.This paper studies the comprehensive parameter testing technology on hole parts withhigh depth-diameter ratio. A measuring device is designed. Error model is established,the overall structure scheme is designed, data acquisition and data processing hardwareand software of the measurement system are designed. The experiments show that themeasurement system can quickly measure the inner diameter of the hole parts with largedepth to diameter ratio value, and can better assess the roundness and straightness ofmeasured hole parts.
