The diameter measurement of large size shaft hole parts is a very important field of industrial online inspection,the present stage with the development of science and technology,large size parts are becoming increasingly common,the importance of measurement of big diameter is more and more outstanding.The laser triangulation method was applied to this field,and the corresponding measuring head and measuring method were designed,which greatly improved the measurement and processing efficiency of large size shaft and hole parts.Based on the research of the existing calibration results of measuring head of hardware design,measuring method,measuring head for the corresponding research,put forward a new measuring method and calibration method,and optimize the hardware design of the measuring head.The diameter measurement method for rotary ray based on cluster proposed by the research group,the research group of the existing inner diameter measurement method for classification,rotary inner diameter measurement method for X-ray cluster dynamic measurement method,mainly used in single sensor and double sensor probe.Is proposed on the basis of the static measurement and dynamic measurement method,difference method is not required to probe rotation,do probe can measure in place,put forward the theoretical mathematical model of static measurement method,developed three sensor and six sensor design and.Multi sensor probe(probe probe,double sensor three sensor and six sensor)can not be completely in accordance with the theoretical model of assembly design,to ensure the measurement precision established three sensor actual mathematical model,six sensor actual mathematical model.Based on the static measurement method,the internal constraint parameters of the probe are determined in the actual mathematical model.Because of the need to probe internal parameter calibration method using the static measurement,but because of the many parameters estimation algorithm is proposed first internal parameter measurement based on JADE algorithm,and designed the relevant measurement and experimental verification,proved its feasibility.The hardware system design of multi sensor and three sensor control circuit design based on FPGA,for the six sensor control circuit design based on STM32,realize the realtime data acquisition,synchronous data transmission of multiple sensors.At the end of this paper,the existing calibration method needs to be measured in multi sensor on demand based on the angle between the laser beam and the laser beam angle measuring method based on monocular vision,a laser beam direction calibration model,monocular vision model,facula centroid linear fitting model,the calibration process of this method is applied to three sensors head,angle measurement of the laser beam design experiment,by comparing the experimental results with the existing data,and prove its validity and feasibility.
