The main cylinder is the important part in car brake. Brake works under the brake oil pressure which changes frequently, there is a high sealing demanded for the brake master cylinder part, and must have a higher safety coefficient. The issue of this paper is transformation of hinge boring machine based on CAK6136lathe.Development and design of high-pressure cooling device, installation and use of inner chip removal reamer which is length>=300mm, design and installation of special fixture for the main cylinder parts, design iron tank are the main parts of this paper. Then we can establishment of vibration models of the reamer in the cutting process to calculate the numerical solution of the modal. Using the ANSYS software analysis the reamer modal to get the low frequency numerical solutions and verify the reamer will not produce resonance in the normal operating conditions; By static analysis, to draw maximum stress and deformation, which is suitable for the stiffness requirements when the reamer work. Reaming process simulation analysis, observation of the cutting force, stress, strain, as well as the chip separation. Through the production and processing of test machine capability index and the processing efficiency, we can verify whether they have been able to meet boring and reaming machine tool (TJ-32) and inverted reaming machine (CM-2SNC) level.
