The main contents of this research is to use an electrochemical method for preparing nickel-chromium alloy on iron, then make a performance analysis and structural testing for the coating. Because of the potential difference between the nickel-chromium, therefore, use complexing agent to make nickel-chromium be able to co-deposition at the cathode is the difficulty of the experiment. At the same time, temperature、current density、PH and other process conditions can also have an important impact on the final quality of the coating. Analyze the coating structure, composition by SEM、XRD、EDS and discussion of process conditions affect the quality of the coating. Research have shown that:temperature is35℃, PH=2.5, the current density is16A/dm2, under these conditions coating can be obtained with better quality, and the coating is crystal structure, surface constituted by dense arrangement of the spherical particles. In addition, the actual use of the coating wear-resistant and corrosion resistance and other properties is also the focus of the experiment, we will make test to coating wear-resistant、corrosion resistance and bond strength, explore surface roughness affect the bond strength of the coating.
