The main content of this research is to use an electrochemical method for preparing nickel-chromium on aluminum. For the special physical and chemical character of aluminum, the surface of aluminum is easily oxidized. This method of electrochemical can protect the surface of aluminum. Because of the potential difference between the nickel-chromium,Therefore use the sodium citrate complexing agent adding to the solvent to reduce the potential difference to make the nickel-chromium be able to co-deposition at the cathode.Platinum is used as anode material which can guarantee the stability of the solution, and aluminum is used as cathode. Choosing the best process parameters of Ni-Cr alloy electrodeposited on aluminum by changing temperature, current density, pH and other process conditions. Analyze the coating by SEM, XRD, EDS. The pictures have shown that : temperature is 30?,the current density is 10A/dm2,pH=2.1 under these conditions coating can be obtained with better quality. The mass fraction of chromium is about 10%,and the coating is crystal structure, uniform, compacting without cracks. The coating and the aluminum are co-deposition.The coating has better corrosion resistance.
