In the printing of comprehensive digital today, CTP plate-making technology has been applied to domestic printing enterprises maturely. In the exciting equipment conditions, how to improve the CTP plate-making quality performance become the focus in the research of enterprises. The most common research method is through the control of CTP internal parameters to debug CTP performance, but this method is less associated with the printing production. Therefore, there is a need to analysis the CTP plate-making quality and printing production at the same time.In this paper, the thermal CTP imaging mechanism and related parameters is studied and analyzed, establish CTP liner curve, evaluate the thermal CTP plate imaging quality influence from two aspects of exposure intensity and developing concentration. Base on the CTP linear correction and CTP plate-making parameters optimization, through the analysis of the plate output stability and the printing uniformity to test the CTP plate-making performance. We mainly solve CTP linear correction and CTP plate-making parameters optimization problems, and with the printing calibration test, to establish a method to the enterprise production of CTP plate-making quality performanceThe CTP linearization research results show that, by using the method can make dot output precision reduced from2%to0.5%.; CTP plate-making parameter optimization results show that Agfa Avalon LF CTP optimal exposure intensity is on285-290,higher than that of optimum exposure intensity, small dot begin to lose. Developing solution conductivity decreases with the publication of plate. The test of Agfa Energy Elite developer best concentration of developer conductivity is equal to62-63ms/cm,at the same time,50%of dot output is most accurate. As the developer conductivity continue to fall, the dot output is greater.CTP plate-making quality performance results show that, in the stability of CTP output linearization correcting and CTP plate-making optimal parameters, the use of printing proof before and after printing correction to evaluate CTP plate-making quality performance. The test proof dot gain rate is controlled from20%-25%to15%, meet the actual production requirements perfectly.
