In this paper, we used quartz sand, anthracite and fly ash as substrates of wetland, set5±1℃and25±1℃for adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus removal test. Compare and analyze of filtering out the optimal substrate and study on the substrate clogging performance of optimal mix of substrate, filter out the optimal mix of the substrate and put into the actual processing of the practical application of sewage, in order to analyze the purification efficiency of sewage by WL112substrate four pool purification system. The contents and results were as follows:()In the case of25±1℃, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by quartz sand, anthracite and fly ash reached32.92%,72.5%,45.13%, the average removal rate of phosphorus reached31.26%,27.66%、37.79%; In the case of5±1℃, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by quartz sand, anthracite and fly ash reached28.97%,45.3%,43.29%, the Average removal rate of phosphorus reached19.91%、34.8%、35.27%;(2) In the case of25±1℃, the Average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by WL111、 WL211、WL311、WL113、WL112、WL121、WL131reached38.14%、54.72%、46.23%、60.61%、63.62%、35.41%、32.02%; the Average removal rate of phosphorus reached24.97%、25.23%、15.3%、45.68%、44.83%、56.57%、62.36%; In the case of5±1℃, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by WL111、WL211、 WL311、 WL113、 WL112、 WL121、WL131reached36.89%、50.73%、48.5%、57.79%、63.09%、35.12%、30.94%, the average removal rate of phosphorus reached23.17%、24.14%、16.36%、41.47%、43.27%、57.5%、60.04%;(3)Treatment of sewage by optimal mixed substrate four pool purification system indoor, sewage quantity of24L/d、36L/d、48L/d, we sampling and analysis sewage of the system every24hours for9days(2013.4.3-4.11). In the case of24L/d、36L/d、48L/d, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached56.74%、60.34%、63.21%、66.78%、68.93%、67.51%、44.65%、47.34%、42.89%, the removal rate of phosphorus reached75.87%、77.41%、79.67%、60.74%、61.34%、58.93%、51.34%、57.89%、52.49%, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by WL112reached67.76%, the average removal rate of phosphorus by WL112reached51.25%.Compare with traditional substrate, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus by WL112substrate of four pool purification system indoor were increased by17%and20%. (4) Treatment of sewage by optimal mixed substrate four pool purification system outdoor, we sampling and analysis sewage of the system every24hours for14days(2013.4.13-4.27), the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by traditional substrate, reached54.03%、58.98%、47.92%、52.98%、53.05%、54.97%、51.01%, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached53.28%, the removal rate of phosphorus by traditional substrate, reached59.92%、63.09%、56.93%、65.02%、70.03%、64.02%、60.90%, the average removal rate of phosphorus reached63.55%。 The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by WL112optimal substrate reached78.02%、75.02%、77.96%、77.03%、70.01%、78.99%、78.02%, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached76.45%, the removal rate of phosphorus by WL112optimal substrate reached68.96%、69.88%、68.04%、69.03%、67.98%、47.89%、68.94%, the average removal rate of phosphorus reached65.82%。Compare with traditional substrate, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus by WL112substrate of four pool purification system outdoor were increased by23.17%and2.27%.
