With our country’s increasingrequirements on environmental issues, how to reduce dust concentration during belt conveyoroperation become a more pressing issue.As a computing platform, the commercial software Fluent is used in this paper, using Euler–Lagrange method to simulate the dust field and droplet field, By simulating, dust fugacity lawin the process of drive room belt conveyor carrying coal material can be seen visually,and atthe same time, droplet particles in the nozzle flow field around is R-R distribution, complyingwith the theoretical derivation.Combined with Datang Xilinhot Mining Company’s actual situation, the research is fieldengineering applicated in M106drive room. Targete different dust production point dustemission law in the drive room, reasonably set spray location and number of nozzles, at the sametime by adjusting the spray parameters to determinate dustfall efficiency, and select the optimalspray parameters. This research is a good reference for other coal mine dust production point. |
