In the middle of20th century, the NC technique and NC machine was occurred, means the coming of a new era in production and control field. As the fast development of technology and social productivity, the demand for quality and productivity of machines becomes higher and higher. A lot of shape and work type of mechanical parts is produced by the means of surface modeling to make it having better mechanical properties and energy efficiency, and also, better visual effect, at the same time the demand for machining accuracy and component quality becomes higher. In general, surface machining is completed by machining center, in order to improve machining accuracy, all the factors affect the process should be analyzed, and then take corresponding technical measures to avoid and compensate the error. Compared to traditional machine tool, NC machine make the machining accuracy and productivity higher, and NC machine can be used for different product, especially producing some parts with complex curve. In the NC machine process, the process is automatic according to program, no human error contained in the process, and some error can be compensated by the software, so NC machine process can reach high accuracy theoretically, machining center as a NC machine can reach higher accuracy and productivity because of the ability of changing tools automatically. But in practical production, expect result usually can not be reached because of the affect of production condition and some parameter. The purpose of this project is to find the way to control the error in specialized range, then to make machining accuracy higher. By studying the theory of NC processing, the factor affect NC processing and demonstrating corresponding theory with orthogonal test and data processing, the kind and extend of factors which affect the machining accuracy is obtained.This project is studying on machining center, for the NC milling and NC grinding features, designing the orthogonal experiment that mill three kings of materials and grind45steel on the machining center. By detecting and statistical analysis the form accuracy and surface quality of the parts with software such as EXCEL and MALTAB, the whole distribution rule of machining accuracy of NC milling and NC grinding. Then the extent of different factors affecting machining accuracy is analyzed, the best processing conditions combination scheme is obtained. The result of this project is expected to be used offering some help for the choosing of surface processing parameters and practical machining. |
