Improvements Of PRN Automatic Assembly Line And Studies Of Product Quality Influencing Factors

The control system of heparin cap (Model No. PRN) automatic assembly and the product quality research have been paid more and more attention. Since the heparin cap imitates the Clave theory on venous indwelling needle sealing effect, in order to reduce the patient’s medical costs and improve the efficiency of nurses.Based on the analysis and comparison of similar equipments at home and abroad, identifying common defects in the current equipments and proposing the corresponding solutions. We used a cam assy to assist to complete the actions of12stations, in order to reduce the use of cylinders. By the overall analysis of heparin cap (PRN) automated assembly line, we program and control the cam assy to achieve the coordinate and accurate actions of12stations.After we ensure the connector and latex plug assembly qualified, we carried out research and analysis of the shrink band cutting statotion in order to improve the overall passing rate of PRN. Find the most critical three factors which affect the product quality in the shrink band cutting statotion, namely, motor speed, cylinder extension speed and cutter angle. I have designed the orthogonal experiment and analyzed the results. After orthogonal experiment in the three factors, the motor speed impact most on the quality of the product, followed by stretching speed of the cylinder, then the cutter angle value a. The optimum ratio value of the motor speed is1550r/min, cylinder extending speed is70mm/s and cutter angle value a is of3.5°.Finally, based on orthogonal experiment, I’ve trained samples through MATLAB neural network simulation for further study. Then I detected samples of7-levels and3-factors through the black box of neural network and obtained good results. We can enlarge the level number and drawn corresponding outputs through the neural network.
