| This paper described the design for comprehensive control of waste gas engineering and its implementation of a Chemical Co. Ltd in Shangyu City.The main gas pollutants in this factory are NOx, methanol, benzaldehyde, acrylonitrile, aniline, sulfuric acid ethylamine, acetic acid and so on. This paper is mainly about the management design for the second stage production waste gas(NOx, benzaldehyde, formaldehyde) on the basis of the original waste gas treatment system.Based on the production processes and pollution strength estimated from material consumption data and combined the production equipment and the pollution plots in the factory, this paper designed a set of economical and effective pollution controlling technology. Aimed at the high concentration and simple characteristic of NOx produced in the second stage in nitration process, designed a set of recycle of dilute nitric acid pretreatment device. This device can reduce the end treatment load and recycle a certain concentration of dilute nitric acid. As to methanol, benzaldehyde the VOCs waste gas produced in other processes, designed a condensation pretreatment device, it made the condensate backflow to the reactor and guaranteed the outlet VOCs concentration is not that high.The whole factory’s waste gas centralized processing technology added two new bipolar plasma purifier and two stage absorption treatment device based on the original gas treatment system, further improved the removal efficiency of the insoluble VOCs and ensured all the pollutants discharge at a permissible standards. |
