The Design And Development Of Plastic Bottles Billet Automatic Detection And Counting Machine

Plastic products have a very high proportion in the production and people’s living. Asthe development of science and technology, the automatic production of plastic products isalready achieved. However, much follow-up work in plastic products production, such asdefective products detection, and finished products counting, are still completed manually.Due to the low precision, low efficiency and the higher cost, extensive use of manualoperation is becoming one of the most important factors which restrict the development ofsome enterprises, and therefore, the replacement of automation for manual operation isbecoming a very important problem to be solved as soon as possible for many enterprises.The plastic bottle billet automatic detection and counting machine, this thesis introduced,is just based on this background. It is from a plastic products factory, and aims at the solutionof low automatic degree of plastic wares production follow-up work. The equipment adoptsthe barrier belt conveyor with additional convey device and related sensors matched for thebottle-blow-molding-machine, by which the work pieces sequentially delivery can be realized.A pair of inclined double roller is used to complete the gesture adjustment and sorting of thebottle billets. A bottle-feed-screw driven by a stepper motor is applied to move the bottles inorder, for counting and positioning. A vacuum generator with vacuum suction is used fordefect detection. A touch panel implementation completes human-computer interactionincluding related parameters setting and equipment state information feedback. A PLC is usedto complete all the functions and coordination and control of actions. The whole equipmenthas ideal stability, high efficiency and accuracy, and then improves the degree of automationof the whole process of production of plastic products.
