Dagushan iron mine is one of Anshan mining group.At present,the mainmining method is blasting technology.Because of the change in productionrange,the rock types and characters also change.Now the mine use newexplosive for blasting,but there is a lack of rock and explosive matchparameters.Through the in-depth study on Dagushan iron ores on thedynamic characters of rock blasting vibration effect,blasting parameters canbe optimized, so as to increase the quality of mine blasting to improve theblasting efficiency, and create greater economic benefits.Through the study on the blasting vibration and the change ofcompressive strength under different loading, Innovations in this article andthe main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Joint the rocks’ characteristics under different loading and blastingvibration wave, so as to simulate the blasting process and provide theory foroptimization of blasting parameters.(2)Because of porosity, Magnetite, green shale and mixing of rock tensilestrength, modulus of elasticity all increase with increasing strain rates.Butmixed rock and green mudstone increase more than magnetite.(3)During blasting,the three kinds of rock blasting vibration wave atdifferent distances were collected.(4)Coefficient of linear correlation was collected based on the Sadaofusijitheory which is relate to dose and vibration speed,the more it is closer toone,the better the result.(5)After processing the blasting vibration signal with Matlab, Transientenergy chart, HHT three dimensional chart and Time-frequency chart weretested,from which we can read out the vibration amplitude speed and energy.
