The impact of blasting vibration on surrounding buildings.Frequent blasting operations,poor vibration resistance of houses,and disputes between mines and villages.Effectively reducing the blasting vibration effect is the first problem for blasting workers to study and solve.Using the principle of seismic wave superposition to reduce vibration,due to the inaccurate delay time,the vibration reduction effect is not good.The digital detonator provides a guarantee for accurate delayed blasting.Based on digital detonator detonation technology,theoretical analysis,on-site observation and numerical simulation are combined to study the change of vibration frequency to achieve accurate delayed vibration reduction and blasting.The main vibration frequency of a single hole is 8.3 to 37.8 Hz.The dominant main vibration frequency is 22 Hz.Determine the best delay time between holes 23 ms.The double-hole superimposed vibration reduction effect is obvious.The numerical simulation results show that compared with the original hole-by-hole delayed initiation scheme of mines,phase-staggered vibration reduction blasting can more effectively reduce blasting vibration.There is a certain vibration reduction effect in3 directions The observation results of accurate delayed blasting of group holes show that the vibration reduction rate is about 22.2 % at the blast center distance of 25~200 m.The explosion center distance is 3~5 km,and the vibration reduction rate is 36.7 %.The field application shows that the use of the dominant main vibration frequency as the main vibration frequency in the blasting area is reasonable and the calculation is accurate and the delay is reasonable,and the blasting vibration reduction effect is obvious.The closer the main vibration frequency is to the dominant main vibration frequency,the more obvious the vibration reduction effect.The research results provide a preliminary technical basis for the realization of vibration reduction blasting in mines.Figure 38;Table 14;Reference 81...
