Major Hazard identification and assessment are the important methods for industrial planning, layout, production management and social management and public safety. Compared with the last century, China’s major hazards classification and recognition have changed greatly. Especially the <major hazard identification>(GB18218-2009) in the2000version of the basis made great improvement. But now, the standard focus on storage only, not fully covers the whole supply chain. With the development of economy, industrial technology progress, new technology and new process will be the emergence of more and more. For the process, especially Chemical process, there are a lot of hazard from steady state to unsteady to steady state process. Major Hazard identification and assessment should cover the process section because Major Hazard is important concern for public people. China’s management system has not related procedure or standard to hold it so far.The Major hazard identification and assessment&QRA are theory base for this application study. The application study will use related engineering calculation tool to improve current standard of China because the gap as above.As per the study for selected high risk process, the application study will use QRA method to build injury data modal for public people. As per the data model, the tool will practice with typical ASU site to calibration because this application study will try to get general tool. It is important for normal industry Company to use that is to should be easy.
